Kept and usable
Pro and its trial include 100 hosted emails per UTC calendar month, including separately forwarded copies. No rollover or automatic overage charges.
Founding members
One Pro plan, with a thank-you price for early members.
A founding place is confirmed after the first successful payment. Once the first 250 paid
memberships are taken, new Pro subscriptions automatically use the €59 annual price.
Your €39 annual price stays with the same continuous or recoverable subscription. If that subscription
fully ends, a later new subscription uses the current standard price.
Local-first by default
A subscription should add value, not hold your work hostage.
Free remains useful
The full workflow from task to invoice stays available for one active client at a time.
Your history stays intact
Downgrading never hides existing clients, invoices, entries, expenses, or other work records.
Cloud is optional
Core use works locally, with direct Google Drive or Dropbox sync available when you want it.
Questions, answered
Before you choose
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel any time in billing settings and keep Pro until the end of your paid period. Email support@tasktime.pro within 14 days of an annual purchase or renewal to request a full refund. After that, there are no routine prorated refunds; mandatory rights and corrections for billing errors still apply.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
Eligible subscriptions keep Pro for up to seven days while payment is recovered, then return to Free until payment succeeds. Your existing work is preserved.
Is Free a limited trial?
No. Free stays free, open source, and usable without a TaskTime Pro account. It includes the complete local-first workflow for one active client at a time.
How does the Pro trial work?
The Pro trial lasts 30 consecutive days. It does not require a payment method, does not create a paid subscription, and never converts to a charge automatically.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your clients and work records remain visible and maintainable. If you are above the Free active-client limit, you can keep using and archiving existing clients, but you cannot add or reactivate another client until you are back within the limit. Advanced reports and hosted sending become unavailable.
What happens to the founding price if I cancel?
A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Reversing it before that date keeps the founding price. If the subscription fully ends, a later new subscription uses the current standard price.
Where does TaskTime Pro store my work?
Core work records stay in your browser. Optional sync and backups connect directly to your Google Drive or Dropbox account, so a TaskTime Pro cloud account is not required for the Free workflow.
